Highly responsive office! Our prior CPAs were also competent, that’s common. What’s uncommon is personal service and responsiveness. Everyone is busy but when you need info or ad ice from your CPA, no one has ever provided service like this form. All of my siblings and our parents and my son moved to Bret Hawks for a great experience year in and year out!
IF I COULD’VE PUT 0/5 I WOULD HAVE! LISTEN TO ME WHEN I SAW DO NOT GET ASSISTANCE FROM THEM! We’re first time business owners and we happened to use this company for our taxes and they got all our info which was normal. Then GHOSTED US for 10 days before coming back to us with a $2500 bill FOR THEM TO SET UP A QUICKBOOKS THAT THE FILES ARE LOCKED ON OUR END!
