I've used Hemakson car rental service several times and have found them to be very professional, empathetic and accommodating. I highly recommend this service. The immediacy of their ability to put you in a vehicle coupled with the short, easy sign-up process is what makes this company outstanding. Their website indicated that they were open; I drove all the way to the location, and despite the "Open" sign being displayed it was closed and completely deserted. I was told that someone would arrive within 20 minutes to assist me; I waited for nearly two hours, but no one ever showed up, and they stopped answering the phone. The service is terrible—I do not recommend it at all.

Fritz is such an amicable business man. In the midst of going through so much without a car, he was able to work with me and get me into a nice vehicle for a week for a great price. A very reputable business I will be back.

weirdo kept asking me for bank mail to prove proof of address when I had other ways to show. watch out for scams. I know he lied for a reply. I drive diesels and informed them that so being gone 3-5weeks I don't have that but have other mail. that's when you was begging for bank mail. There ain't no reason for me to get on here and lie. you wasted 2days of my time with your games. lieing the 1st day about time you would be in office when I initially informed you, then the 2nd day when you finally did as you said you changed ... read more
