I had an appointment at 10am on Tuesday. It was made 2 weeks prior. Sam called at 9am on the morning of and told me that Shep was out of the office for the week. This is horrible customer service. My mother needed this paperwork because she can’t see to sign. Now we have to reschedule all our appointments. Terrible customer service and we didn’t even make it in the office.
Above and beyond. That's the best way to describe our experience with Helton & Fultz. The staff was super friendly and helped me out in a pinch with a task that would have taken me weeks. We were welcomed and felt appreciated while closing on our new property.
