I would give negative 5 stars if possible. I had the pleasure of dealing with 5 incompetent associates in one single case. All 5 of them tried to bully me. Glad I didn't have to pay for their incompetency. Use a real firm instead.
Fantastic experience dealing with the team at Helsons. Sandra and Steven are a dynamic team that made sure every potential concern was addressed for the closing of our house. Would highly recommend.
We experienced terrible communication and advice at Helsons LLP. The lawyer we worked with was not responsive and did not make the process easy or understandable for us. At no time did we feel that they were interested in "fighting" for us or sincerely helping us with our issue. In fact, we were given bad advice on more than one occasion (and since then we have learned there was much more we could have done to help us with our problem).
