Steven Kogon is a terrible counsellor. Period.
Amazing legal work performed by both Steven Kogon and assistant Michelle on access and egress for residential property and issues related to potential liability and damages. Helsons is an established law firm. I would not hesitate to recommend.
I would give negative 5 stars if possible. I had the pleasure of dealing with 5 incompetent associates in one single case. All 5 of them tried to bully me. Glad I didn't have to pay for their incompetency. Use a real firm instead.
Fantastic experience dealing with the team at Helsons. Sandra and Steven are a dynamic team that made sure every potential concern was addressed for the closing of our house. Would highly recommend.
