Don’t reply to the contact form and very rude, terse to interact with in other means. Find other attorneys. Editing to add more clarity since the firm does not understand the complaint. I submitted on the contact us form and never received a response. I had to find emails on the website to contact. I did get a response which stated that he did not have the capacity to take on the issue. Working with other firms in the past they generally refer or point you in a direction. Helsell Fetterman managing director, Kam Kirkevold, broke a written residential lease contract. He then initiated a $26k suit against the landlord on 4 claims for $26k. Lost all 4 claims and had to pay for counter claims. I am a web designer and represented myself in a 2 day bench trial and won. case 21CIV32812KCX. I consulted Nidal Dirini at Helsell Fetterman for a WLAD discrimination case against a state agency.
