Horrible service. My mom was left outside for TWO hours in 102+ degree weather because the operator kept telling her the driver would be there in 5 minutes when she would followed up three times. Terrible people. Avoid at all costs.
Worst transportation ever, if you care deeply for your loved ones please look for other transportation that are more reliable. I've had so many bad experiences with this company leaving my 84 year old Father waiting 2hours to get picked up or they just never show up
Best transportation and Reliable Service!!! Always on Time!!
Worst service ever! They are never on time and when they are on time they still don't take you to your appointment on time because they over booked. They always say the ride will be there in 15mins but my ride didn't get here till a hour after the time they were supposed to get here. Not only that but their cars are warn out and drive properly. Their ac only keeps them cool no one 9n the back and they have extremely poor customer service
