Mike provided excellent service when moving my Aunt from Oklahoma to Plano on short notice. He was responsive to the needs of the situation - my Aunt is impaired from a massive stroke - and treated both her and my Mother (who rode back with them) with genuine courtesy during the trip. I highly recommend Helping Hands to anyone needing specialized transportation.

This service is phenomenal!!! I received a professional phone call one day in advance of my pick up. The gentleman., Hamud, Arrived Exactly at the appointed pick up time. When we arrived at my appointment, The receptionist told the driver he could pick me up at 2:00 PM. He left and came back on time, but my appointment extended Two 4:30 PM. The right to and fro was safe and enjoyable. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 For Joshua‘S Helping Hands, transportation service!!!!!!!!

My uncle’s assisted living facility used to provide transportation for residents to appointments but stopped. I called a few different wheelchair van transportation companies to find one to help get him to a hospital for a CT scan. I found Helping Hands on Google. When I called, Mike the owner picked up. I appreciated the personal approach to our particular needs, and since the cost was about the same as what other companies charged, I went with Helping Hands. Very glad I did.
