This guy is the greatest. Professional with a great deal of knowledge of human anatomy and massage techniques. He uses the latest social media and internet technology to make it so easy to schedule appointments and make payment. I first went to Jamel at Helping Hands Massage Therapy when I had pulled a muscle in my neck/shoulder region. I monitor multiple computer screens at various heights at work, so I knew if I didn't get the muscle worked on, I'd be miserable. I have been going to Jamel for almost 3 years and have had different types of massages including: deep tissue, relaxation, hot stone and prenatal. He is the best massage therapist I have ever been to! He is very professional, his studio is very relaxing and you can not beat his prices!. I will continue to go to him for all of my massage needs and I recommend him to all of my family and friends! If you need a massage go to Jamel and I am sure you will not be disappointed!

Jamal is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He has been able to help me with muscle tension, due to heredity and previous back surgery. His prices are very reasonable, making it manageable for maintenance.

Jamel is very professional and in tune with your specific needs. I have had many massages from different massage therapists in the past and Jamel is the best one by far. I have been going to him for several years now on a routine basis and would not go anywhere else.

I have been to Jamel at least 5 or 6 times over several years and he is the best in the business. I used to be intimidated by a male massage therapist and for many years used only females. Ever since I have gone to Jamel, I have looked no further. He is the best in the business and belongs in a 5 star resort (the Greenbrier should hire him)!I will continue to see him as often as I can. His rates are very inexpensive and he is worth more than he charges. I have referred many friends to him and will continue to do so.

You haven t experienced a true massage until you've had one by Jamel! He is very professional and provides a comfortable, relaxing environment. Also, his rates are more affordable than I ve seen at many other locations. I will definitely schedule more massages in the future!!
