I was not paid my final two pay checks from working at the Drexel hill location . They also restricted access from all of my accounts so I cannot reach anyone regarding my pay. I will be filing a complaint with the pa labor board if funds are not disbursed . Furthermore, the turnover rate at this location is abysmal. On any given week anywhere from 1-3 behavior techs will quit and this is one of the reasons . Where do I begin with this place. First, let’s just say I’m a strong advocate for my son and will be first to speak on a situation that’s affecting my son or our family in a negative way. At the time that my son was going here there was a high turnaround of staffing so rarely did he have consistency which is important for my particular kid. I started looking for a new ABA provider some months ago because I wanted a center close to home. I filled out an online inquiry and received a reply email stating that because my son attends a full day school program this program wouldn’t work for him. I’m not sure where the confusion was from but I never stated that anywhere. After clearing that up I found that this centers services end at 3pm. Our family has nothing but positive things to say about our HH family Drexel Hill! Communication has been excellent since day one. I feel incredibly comfortable and trusting of my son’s BCBA and RBTs and can come to them about anything we need, they make a great team and have been so supportive. My son is 4 and nonverbal. He has been attending since July and is happy and thriving!
I really, really wanted to get my son in here after hearing how amazing this organization is. However, with his schedule and routine, he simply cannot do the Monday thru Friday full time. The gentleman who was helping me told me he would talk to other staff to see if he would be able to go there if it wasn’t the Monday thru Friday schedule, and get back to me. That was months ago.
