I can’t speak highly enough of the service and help provided by Sally and Kerri. The stress relief was immediate when starting the process of getting my mum into aged care.Sally and Kerri were very patient with me and my cluttered head, always kind and helpful…… especially in dealing with Centrelink!! Sally and her team provided such amazing help at a time when I felt that I was drowning in a system that I’ve never experienced. Each step of the way they were there proving guidance or speaking on my behalf. When I felt overwhelmed or lost, Sally would assist at any time of the day. Kerri’s assistance with Centrelink was invaluable. I could not recommend Help@Hand high enough.

Sally was very generous with her time and experience despite the fact that we are not really quite at the point that we can use her services but when we are we will definitely as she seemed so knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. This is all a bit of a minefield and it is important to have good guidance
