Sally and her team provided such amazing help at a time when I felt that I was drowning in a system that I’ve never experienced. Each step of the way they were there proving guidance or speaking on my behalf. When I felt overwhelmed or lost, Sally would assist at any time of the day. Kerri’s assistance with Centrelink was invaluable. I could not recommend Help@Hand high enough.

Sally was very generous with her time and experience despite the fact that we are not really quite at the point that we can use her services but when we are we will definitely as she seemed so knowledgable and pleasant to deal with.
