Sally was very generous with her time and experience despite the fact that we are not really quite at the point that we can use her services but when we are we will definitely as she seemed so knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. Fantastic service, highly recommended for busy families who need to navigate the aged care system efficiently. We had limited understanding of transitioning from respite to permanent care and some real difficulties with a pension suspension due to a form being lost in the mail at the worst possible time. The transition top permanent care was made clear, and the pension suspension was fixed quicker than I can believe. Thank you team!
