Horrible disrespectful rude no accountability
Drivers can be jerks
EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE COMPANY, HORRIBLE UNSAFE DRIVER W/O SEATBELT ON, EXCESSIVE SPEEDING 10-15 MPH OVER LIMIT, SWERVING IN/OUT OF TRAFFIC DOING 80MPH, & MAKING SUDDEN STOPS SLAMMING ON BRAKES. PRIUS IS OLDER IN NEED OF MAINTENANCE AS WELL, SHAKING DURING HIGH SPEEDS. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!! WOULD PUT ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!
These are some spiteful people. Ucare apparently listed my pickup time to my Dr. appt incorrectly, I called the transportation company to inform them of the correct time to pick up, and rudely she says it’s not their fault call ucare, mind you. Ucare, takes approximately 2 hours to take your call! This is silly and out right wrong! I just need to get to my Dr. appt on time.
