These are some spiteful people. Ucare apparently listed my pickup time to my Dr. appt incorrectly, I called the transportation company to inform them of the correct time to pick up, and rudely she says it’s not their fault call ucare, mind you. Ucare, takes approximately 2 hours to take your call! This is silly and out right wrong! I just need to get to my Dr. appt on time. Their drivers Tony drives really fast!!!!! I mean, 3 speeding tickets in a year!!!! No wonder they are trying to run people over!!!
Terrible. Just terrible. Please under no circumstances use these people. Did not correct their own scheduling errors in spite of multiple confirmations to correct. Multiple issues over a 2 day period, culminating in dispatch failing to cancel a misscheduled pickup. The picked up my child erroneously in spite of me stating multiple that ride was not needed.
