This is by far the worst transportation company out there. Save yourself the money! They charged me for a transport (96 year old aunt whom is wheelchair bond) showed up and left the Memory Care Facility stating she wasn't outside. All Memory Care Facilities require transports to come in and sign in. The driver never did this. Absolutely horrible, disrespect and definitely not professional. Again, don't waste your money or time.
They were on time bothways to appointment and home driver helped me get to van
Most horrible company I ever deal with. They lie about everything when they get late. They don’t admit the mistake. They say like oh it’s your fault and make lie, The stuff is very rude they don’t come on time
This company workers that answered my phone and the manger was rude, I reported them to u care and we doing investigation why they were being my child home late, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to this company, the way they treat their customer is unacceptable whoever they hire to answer the phone is not helping them and the manager was very also
