Trenton went above and beyond the call of duty. My iMac laptop fried and he was able to locate another used one out of Texas when we’re in Minnesota and get an external hard drive and recover all the information – priceless! I would highly recommend this location as they are excellent and what they do and their customer service!
My phone kept turning off on its own. The rec person, Dalton tried to fix & only after lots of work determined. I needed a new phone. He transferred all of the data& out on a screen protector. He is very knowledgeable & I would highly recommend their services. We have used them many times. They never disappoint!!
Trenton did a wonderful job advising me on new phone options and getting it transfered. You can trust he will do a good job for you too! I'll be back if I have other needs!
Took a couple ipads here for various issues, Dalton was incredibly fast and informative, walked me through the possibilities and was upfront about turnaround time and pricing. This was my first experience taking devices into a repair place like this, and Dalton guaranteed I’ll be coming back whenever it’s needed again! 10/10
I RECOMMEND!!! I’ve seen a lot of service centers for repairs, but here he’s just a professional in his field, and most importantly, he doesn’t do what you don’t need to then take money for it, he’s very honest and professional in his field! I recommend! If you need help here you will get it!!!
