I’ve gotten my phone fixed here twice, the first time it seemed to be okay, until my phone started randomly powering off. It also broke with little to no impact, i was told it being fragile was possible so i had no issue with how easily it broke. When i got it fixed a second time and mentioned the issue of powering off i was told that it was from “The initial impact of the first break”, and not their fault. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Helpertech Cell Phone Repair in Burnsville. I had a cracked screen repaired here for around $400, and I specifically paid extra for their “premium glass,” which I was told was comparable to Apple’s quality. Unfortunately, only a short time later, the screen began scrolling on its own and stopped responding properly to touch.
