Nakita was EXTREMELY ORGANIZED, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! She is very friendly, knowledgeable and discussed my options going forward once my insurance releases information about my coverage.
Help U Hear is a place I would highly recommend! Dr. Jarmon REALLY knows her "stuff" and Kay is awesome with insurance! My hearing is much better since I got my aids and my experience there has truly been exceptional.
At today's appointment, Alex explained how my warranty works. I was having difficulty with the left ear volume button. She suggested sending it in for a complete overhaul. Very helpful. And, it is always nice to visit with receptionist Kay. See you next time!
