Just an FYI. My husband stayed at Pheonix facility while I was having knee surgery and I gave him my diamond wedding ring of 53 years and diamond stud earrings to keep in a small Jewerly pouch in my toilette bag. They called him just after he checked out to say he forgot the toilette bag but they would keep it in a safe place. He went back 1hr later and picked it up. You guessed it. The Jewerly was stolen. Maybe someone in housekeeping or someone who had access to their SAFE place? Just be aware.

What a lovely place and such an admirable mission....to help those enduring cancer treatments or organ transplants feel comfortable and less alone. To be able to provide simply lovely residential facilities, that are clean, well maintained, modern and staffed with empathetic, caring people is such a medical luxury. I have had the honor to volunteer a few times with HIHH, and I marvel at their commitment to be "a home a way from home" for their guests at a very reasonable rate. This is a good place for so many reasons. I feel comfortable here. There is privacy if I want , the room is large. Set up just right for post op patients . There is a main TV room with other patient residents and caregivers. And a smaller tv in the Library. . We are grateful

Very nice place to stay nice people and nice environment clean. Very convenient close to the hospital

This has been a nice place for me to heal after my brain surgery. It makes me feel better being close to the hospital and the rooms are cozy
