We have used Helms Mortgage twice and they are always on point. Our experience has been very positive. Kathryn and her team are fantastic. They stayed in consistent communication and we could tell they were working hard. On our short schedule they put in extra effort and everything stayed on track and we closed on time. They definitely go above and beyond. We highly recommend them!

We had a very positive experience with Helms Mortgage when purchasing our home in Winston-Salem. We worked with Kathryn who came very strongly recommended from friends and colleagues in Winston-Salem. She was fantastic as was the entire team. We would gladly work with Helms Mortgage again.

Used Helms Mortage for as a first time home buyer via recommendation from my real estate agent. During closing the process was delayed many times without clear communication. On my scheduled date of closing, I couldn’t get in contact with this office at all. After closing I have not heard a word from anyone at this office. Not a follow up to check in or anything. As a first time homebuyer, I was left confused and with many questions. Recommend seeking other lenders for such an important decision.

The Helms Mortgage team is absolutely fantastic!
