I will never attend another Helm & Sons event again. My son was recently injured on a ride due their gross negligence and the ride operator refused to stop the ride. Horrible crisis management. Took me an hour to get help. The they lied on the crisis report and faked medical information. I'd avoid all Helm & Sons events. Horrible customer service, incredibly rude, unprofessional.
OMG....THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! My daughter and her friends bought a wristband, stood in line, finally got a seat on their first ride, the Vertigo swing ride. The seat was mustardy yellow, so she didn't notice that someone had thrown up in the seat. Now, not only did she not get to ride with her friends, now she had to seek out a way to get the puke off of her, and they were absolutely no help.
