Mindy is the best massage therapist around. She makes you feel 1000 times better. Not only do you feel at peace..but every muscle in your body is relaxed. I don't want to leave!
The atmosphere in HELM is so peaceful, warm, welcoming, and prompts a sense of ease. Mindy was attentive and communicative with my massage. My experience was exactly what I had hoped for when choosing to visit Helm for massage therapy. The synergy hot stone treatment is so incredibly soothing and a wonderful choice if you're looking to activate forgotten (in my case, neglected) muscular and lymphatic pathways.
