They will charge you double on any late fees, once when you pay it and then again when you payoff the loan. Then they can't be bothered to actually mail your vehicle title. They should be shut down or fire their lazy, lying employees.
Helm capital financed an old loan for me. I paid it off and two years later they reported my debt as bad debt which hurt my credit score. I filed a dispute with the agencies which was approved, but helm capital KEEPS reporting it as charged off.
