MASSIVE shoutout to Ida, who helped me try on and size / fit multiple sets until we found the perfect ones. Her expertise, knowledge, and helpfulness is second to none, I cannot recommend working with her and this brand. Alex was also extremely helpful. Fantastic exploration / buying experience.

I would like to take a moment to acknowledge Luke for his five-star customer service. A fake Helly Hansen link was sent to my phone, and unfortunately, I tried to make a purchase. Not only did Luke confirm that the site was fraudulent, but he also took down all the information to ensure this does not happen to anyone else. Came to Boulder to do some extreme hiking. On the first day, my boots were absolutely killing my feet. Stopped int to try and find a super comfortable pair. I found a pair that I liked but still wanted to try other brands on just to make sure. They only had one pair left in my size so Ida said they could put them aside for me, so I could try other brands on. Came back the next morning to purchase the boots they held.
