Complete dishonesty. Everything was fine, but after 8 months I returned the Car without notice because I called Hellocars multiple times and left voice messages to advise them I was returning the Car 11 days before I returned the vehicle; they never responded to my messages and then when I returned the Car, within 1 week they had taken decided to keep my bond and deducted another $400~ and sent me an email that didn't even clarify why and when I called I was told it was because I hadn't given them 30 days notice. We used hello cars for the last year and they’re fab! The only reason we’re returning is because we’re going over seas to get married. Sarah and Hayden are very helpful and easy to deal with. Fantastic prices that don’t break the bank too. Very grateful for this service!
