I recently experienced lymphatic drainage with Sharla and appreciated such a subtle (yet powerful) form of bodywork. I left the appointment feeling noticeably lighter, and my movement practices the rest of the weekend (yoga and skiing) were positively influenced (I kinda felt like I could fly, it was super cool!). I experienced a lot more freedom through my neck, shoulders and upper body, and could tell my whole body had more flow.
Sharla is one of the most fantastic massage therapists I have ever worked with. Her knowledge about myofascial release, Thai massage, as well as her other massage studies are so impressive. Her awareness of how my body mechanics shift between appointments and even during appointments have allowed me to correct my posture, feel centered in my body, and walk out of every treatment as if I am floating on a cloud. I could not be happier or more impressed. Phenomenal experience. My ankle and shoulder mobility haven't been this good in a decade. Sharla also helped/is helping me with hip issues. Honestly the best money you can spend.
