Very frustrating to purchase from! I recently just attempted my second order from Hello Trader for the year and this time again (weeks after purchase date) was sent a refund with no explanation as to why the product wasn’t going to be delivered. It appears like they have beautiful stock but would recommend to look elsewhere as there seems to be a lot of issues counting stock etc
Incredibly sad to write this review. I have admired this store from a distance for several years, I purchased a $920 print >3 weeks ago. Although the funds have come out of my account, no email confirmation has been received. I have tried to contact the store several times, email, phone call with voice messages, text and even Instagram DM out of desperation to follow up on my order that I have not received. I’m really disappointed to have to write this review. I ordered and paid in full for my order in January based on a reasonable delivery time. I completely understand things can happen unexpectedly and I’ve accepted delay after delay. However, the lack of communication from Hello Trader is the most disappointing and astounding thing. Terrible experience with this company. After being sent a tracking number that didn't work I emailed after a few days to find out what was happening. I finally received new tracking but saw my address was put in incorrectly as number 5 instead of 15. As the store was closed and it was a Friday afternoon, I called the courier company who said I would be charged to change any delivery details.
