I placed an order for a back-ordered item over 10 weeks ago, and it still hasn’t arrived. The estimated timeframe has long passed, and I’ve sent multiple emails and Instagram DMs with no response at all. It’s extremely disappointing to receive zero communication or updates, especially after waiting this long. At this point, I would simply like my refund, as I will not be ordering from this business again. Poor customer service and no follow-through
Update on Chairs order: 2/01/2025 the beautiful chairs I ordered turned up and I could not be happier. Buyers beware. Purchased a pre-order item in March and after countless emails (most with no replies) tried calling contact phone number and no answer. When they did actually respond to emails there was always excuses and another 6 weeks and then another 3 weeks. By the time the item actually arrived (November) I had already put in a request with my bank for a return of funds. 10 weeks was the initial time frame and it became 10 months! Do not buy from this business! I have had the worst experience. In April I ordered a sideboard to use in our new bathroom. I paid for it upfront and also $750 shipping (!). When it arrived it was the wrong item. No apology, no offer to discount the correct item (which I had to buy as my plumbing has been customised around this piece). I reordered the correct piece and paid again, with a 12 week wait time. No offer to fast track it. That was 14 weeks ago. No word from Ava. Good luck getting a response from email or phone. Ordered a rattan oval hutch on the 10th of May with a ‘10-12 week wait time’ and I am still waiting for it 5 and a half months later, with NO communication at all to say there was going to be a delay or any apology email, just nothing. I have sent multiple emails and i got one response saying it’ll be another 3-4 weeks.. yet its now been 7 weeks since then. The customer service is terrible, i will never be purchasing from here again. Extremely disappointed
