Do not buy from this business! I have had the worst experience. In April I ordered a sideboard to use in our new bathroom. I paid for it upfront and also $750 shipping (!). When it arrived it was the wrong item. No apology, no offer to discount the correct item (which I had to buy as my plumbing has been customised around this piece). I reordered the correct piece and paid again, with a 12 week wait time. No offer to fast track it. That was 14 weeks ago. No word from Ava. Good luck getting a response from email or phone. Ordered a rattan oval hutch on the 10th of May with a ‘10-12 week wait time’ and I am still waiting for it 5 and a half months later, with NO communication at all to say there was going to be a delay or any apology email, just nothing. I have sent multiple emails and i got one response saying it’ll be another 3-4 weeks.. yet its now been 7 weeks since then. The customer service is terrible, i will never be purchasing from here again. Extremely disappointed
I have followed up so many times since ordering 2 pre-order chairs back in April. Out of every 5 emails sent, I may get one response saying the container hasn’t arrived and is another 4 weeks away. It has now been 6 months and I still don’t know if this business has gone bankrupt or what is happening. If I do not hear back by tomorrow to my multiple messages, I will have no option but to report to the ACCC.
I ordered an occasional chair from Hello Trader back in May, when I wanted to add another chair to my order they were quick to respond and take more money from me for the second chair. I have tried to reach them via email and FB and I have had no response. I fear I have lost my money. These people are just taking money and not delivering. I will be reporting them to the ACCC.
I wish I had read the reviews before shopping at this store. Same story as some of the other reviews. I ordered a buffet and dining chairs back in April. I get no communication from the store. I have to constantly follow them up via email as their number has been disconnected. Replies to my emails take two weeks or longer, and I just get told that its another 4 weeks away.
