I wish I had read reviews about customer service from Hello Trader before I purchased. I ordered a lamp on 28 December and have received no indication of when I can expect to receive it. I have emailed, dm’d both insta and FB and have left a voicemail message and have not received a response. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask for an eta on something that has been paid for almost a month ago.
