Expects you while on ph to them to open an app to book appointment instead of just telling me on ph & looking on here computer if there available appt. Gees expects me to do her job for her. Tells me rates are $88 if I earn under 22k over 22k $110. Then ask me if I want an accountant. I said obviously yes if I'm ringing an account place to load my return. Them tells me it's $3** something dollars to see accountant. Very incompatible & unprofessional just in the ph booking appt before you even sit down with them. False adver... read more
