I have been seeing Pamela for a combination of facials and microneedling for a 6+ months. The best hydrating facials I've ever had! My skin feels incredibly refreshed, smooth, and deeply nourished. Every step was perfectly tailored to hydrate and rejuvenate, leaving me glowing and absolutely pampered. Truly an indulgent experience—highly recommend!
I always have a wonderful experience at Hello Hydration! Pamela is my esthetician and she always does such a great job and makes me feel so comfortable. She recommends treatments and products based on my skin type and or concerns and is always so friendly! Will be returning. Also, they have the best packages! This facility operates with what can only be described as grossly inconsistent professional standards. Despite enforcing a stringent $100 penalty for patient appointment cancellations or absences, they exhibited a remarkable disregard for reciprocal accountability when I arrived punctually for my scheduled appointment, only to be informed that “the doctor isn’t here today.” No prior notice was provided, no attempt at remediation, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused.
