Great bargains, unfortunately they just closed due to end of lease.
there return policy is 30 days, no more. which i honestly think is perfect. you wouldnt have a lamp for a year and then return it for being faulty before the first month or so, correct? 30 days is enough time to identify the issue and return your product. 5 stars.
I purchased a lamp which cost $80 and broke in the first three months. They said it is their policy that they won't do returns after 30 days. If I had purchased from Temple and Webster directly (for only $20 more) I would have easily been able to return it if it was faulty for a whole year. They were very inflexible and unhelpful, I would not shop there again as they take no responsibility for the faulty items they sell.
