To begin with, the location on the website is wrong and I showed up to the wrong location. After texting her and arriving to the right location, she was one hour late. The esthetician requested that I paid 50% before service, and I chose to pay her in full, since I have never had a problem with a facial service/refund. I walked in to the room and saw dirty bowls/brushes in the sink and facial equipment just lying out. I recently scheduled my first facial appointment with Veronica and it was great. She educated me throughout the service and as a first time facial patient, it eased any nerves I had. The environment and Veronica herself are very calming. I left with immediate results and even a week later my skin is still glowing. I highly recommend services with Veronica.
Veronica is super knowledgeable, very nice, patient, very professional, but also a very good listener. She gave me a lot of tips that I use today that has done wonders for my skin. 10/10!
