I ordered my bed from HelloFurniture on Monday and got it delivered today super quick service! The whole experience was really smooth. The salesperson was very nice and helpful, and the fitting guy was polite and did a great job setting everything up. The staff overall were lovely and made the process easy from start to finish. I went to Hello Furniture MCR looking for a reclining sofa , and I was really impressed with the quality — it was exactly what I wanted and looked even better in person! The customer service was top-notch too everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Qamar, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place if you’re after great furniture and amazing service!
Very poor service. Saw 3 pieces of furniture listed as available on their website. Rang to enquire about collection. Person who answers the phone for sales was very abrupt and first time I called hung up on me while I was explaining why I was ringing. Called back and he rudely said "HELLO??" with no indication of where he worked for. I had to ask him to confirm it was Hello Furniture.
