If there was zero star that would be it today for these guys! Rude customer service! I made an enquiry a few days ago on their fancy website, and got a BOT texting me asking me questions initially I thought it was an after hour call centre as it came as a text on my phone, but realised after a few questions it was a BOT (HOW RUDE)! Install was rushed and when we ran into trouble.. upstairs leaking water around all roof outlets causing water damage to roof structure and plaster, we emailed a month ago with photos to which there is no reply.. they don’t answer their calls and you can only contact them if they think you are a new customer. Really easy process the whole way through. Great communication leading up to the install. We had two separate ducted systems put into our existing home as you can see from the picture. The install team was on time, professional, courteous and efficient. They left no mess and conducted the install with utmost care. I am really pleased with the install, product and people I dealt with. Great work all round and I will be recommending you to everyone I know. Thank you.
I had a 14 kW Mitsubishi Heavy Industries split ducted air conditioning installed at my home by Hello Breeze and I must say the whole team did a great job and were great to deal with. From the administration to the on site inspection to the installation the whole team were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient which made for a very good experience. Fantastic install and sales process. After sales drop you, hasn’t been serviced, won’t respond to emails or calls for service. Mustn’t be worth it, and worried about the warranty claim.
