I had an extremely frustrating experience with this firm while dealing with a property transaction. The vendor solicitor was unaware that her clients shared ownership of a common tennis court, which was an important issue that came up during the sale. After my solicitor brought this to her attention, she agreed to transfer the title to our names—but even after a full year, the transfer still hasn’t been completed.
