Best bike shop in Missoula - got what you need, can fix what you broke, and build up what ever it is you imagine you’d like to ride
As a current and ongoing customer of Hellgate, I rely on them for the smallest repairs to most recently they built a custom bike for me. Helped me along the way with various new parts and tech, really everything you could imagine. They are very knowledgeable they put together the bike nicely, very happy with my custom build. I feel like I got a great deal and continue to be a customer. Five stars every time
Used this shop in connection with a tour last month. Shipped the bike there for assembly and tuning. They held my box. Returned the bike after the tour and had them box and ship it back home. Every thing was perfect and done at a fair price. The bike performed like new and arrived back home promptly and professionally packed. One of the mechanics even recommended a good place around the corner for lunch. (Doc's). Got exactly what I told him I was looking for. What's not to like?
Very friendly and helpful! Saved some bike boxes for us to fly home with. Reminds me of my favorite shop back home
