Fast, fair, and non-judgmental. The kid who gave my bike to me told me what he had done to it. It was exactly what I wanted, and more. The extra bit he did was pure style. Thank you Hellgate. You made a new regular.
This is the best place in town. They will assist honestly, talk genuinely to you and help you make a decision that fits your budget and wants. I bought an inexpensive commuter and over the years they have helped me build it into a utilitarian beast on the road. There is no other shop in town that has beautiful community bike minds like these folks. You all rock
Great experience in here. Had some tire issues, and the expertise and knowledge of the staff in here is the best. I feel they did give the best honest opinion and presented the best option available. Very very happy I came here for my tire issue. They have a very wide selection of tires btw... anyways thanks so much, and definitely stop by this place!!!!!
