Used this shop in connection with a tour last month. Shipped the bike there for assembly and tuning. They held my box. Returned the bike after the tour and had them box and ship it back home. Every thing was perfect and done at a fair price. The bike performed like new and arrived back home promptly and professionally packed. One of the mechanics even recommended a good place around the corner for lunch. (Doc's). Got exactly what I told him I was looking for. What's not to like?

While this shop has been helpful at times, one mechanic in particular is very cold and unfriendly. I don’t know his name, but I would not go back. Overall, vibes in the shop are not good.
