Not the best children's store I've been here a number a times and the worst part is just trying to buy an item--since there is seems to never be anyone who wants to help you. I've walked out a few times. The furniture is located upstairs, which isn't bad, unless you are pregnant and struggling to get up the stairs. It's a good place if you know exactly what you want and they have it instock at that time (which they are often out of items). I've just never had any good customer service here. Good selection of cribs Hellers is a nice change from some of the bigger baby/kids stores. I liked their selection of cribs, strollers and furniture. The customer service is pretty spotty. We waited 15 minutes after asking for help to have someone show us a certain crib. The prices are a bit higher than other places. Howeverr they do have some things that you can't find easily elsewhere.
Good local Childrens Store I find myself going here when I am looking for a present for a new baby. They have a really good selection of strollers, carseats, and whatever else you need when you have a new baby. They have a great selection of diaper bags. I like their selection alot--there's not a lot of junk. The not so good things about this store is the parking--which is awful and they have such a small selection of maternity clothes.
