Horrible experience. Over three years she recommended me to a payroll service she gets money for referrals. Only for them to double report my salary for months. She never helped fix that. Now two years after I stoped using her, I find out I have taxes that were never paid and I now owe twice as much as I would have had I found out in 2019-2021 from the accountant I was paying (her)…. Save your money. Go somewhere you will be valued and cared for.

Very unprofessional service. Returns were not completed on time, extensions were filed without clear communication, and important tax-saving options were never explained. Communication was poor and I often had to chase updates. I eventually had to hire and consult another tax preparer. Very unprofessional service.
