There were a ton of issues regarding communication and not asking me for proper info, taking nearly a week to respond to time sensitive issues regarding the IRS contacting me about mistakes being made on my taxes, which she eventually told me to mail my forms, instead of faster methods like faxing, claiming mail would be even faster, and sending my documents over mail was questioned by an IRS worker when I conacted them to ask why I haven't gotten my return, which now will not get to me until most likely September.
