Very unprofessional service. Returns were not completed on time, extensions were filed without clear communication, and important tax-saving options were never explained. Communication was poor and I often had to chase updates. I eventually had to hire and consult another tax preparer. Very unprofessional service.
I’ve been working with Nicole for probably 15 years and she has always been amazingly professional, fast and easy to work with. She took on my small business when I suddenly lost my prior tax preparer in the middle of tax season and she rescued me from a panic. I highly recommend Sigler accounting!
Nicole Sigler and her entire staff are wonderful. They have taken care of my personal and business taxes for over 15 years. I wouldn’t know what to do without them.
Hung up in my face when I told her I’m not a current client! Super rude and unprofessional, answered the phone with an attitude!
