Could I give them ten stars, please, google? Lori and Grace got me through a special permit process, drafting a masterpiece application and presenting it to the town. They then handled the purchase of the property. Lori was so good that the town offered her a job in a public hearing, and the special permit sailed through with unanimous approval. I cannot say enough about their responsiveness, professionalism, integrity, and knowledge of real estate law. They're the actual best.
