Met with this attorney 2 years ago to do our Will & Trust. We are unsure if all documents were completed, had some questions. Contacted him several times, left phone messages & sent many emails. Hoping he sees this review & returns our email questions.
My step-father passed March 6th 2025. I had 2 Saturday meetings with Derrick, the last of which he had me sign several contracts. I am in need of probate assistance and this man, after signing contracts, has not returned calls, emails or texts. I'm filing a formal complaint in Madison with the state bar as people really need to know what they're getting into with this garbage attorney. Far from providing counsel, as is the job description of an attorney, this man doesn't even know basic communication.
This guy took my boyfriend's money and ran. We haven't heard from him since Dec of 2023. I'll change this review if this guy ever contacts us and does his job, but that window is closing RAPIDLY as a court date looms. Until then, Wisconsin residents beware this guy. Stay away.
