Ashley Sherwood is not an aggressive attorney. She was not willing to put forth the effort that was needed for me. I did most of the work and she just did the emails between attorneys. She was not transparent at all times as to what she was doing. She never seemed to have a game plan. She would do what she thought we wanted vs what we asked of her. Retained this company for an adoption. It’s been a year. We’ve reached out for updates and there is either no response or the update is there hasn’t been progress. They pretty much took our money and did NOTHING

The service is terrible here. I called for a consultation and got rude service from an employee named Heather. I see now why they keep getting bad reviews.
