I first met Captain Alex, the company founder, 45 years ago. My father was a customer for decades before that. Over the years, the company served our shipping company's needs whenever we had a vessel call in Tampa. He assisted us in ways beyond providing stores, because he had the knowledge and connections that were invaluable to his customers. Now Alex Jr. runs the operations after decades of working at Hellenic Ship Suppy, and has proven to be an able successor to his father. They continue to do a great job.
