Kristen is absolutely amazing. Very important fact people need to how it’s important to be licensed reflexologist with hundreds of hours with hands on. Kristen is extremely friendly, knowledgeable. Makes you feel very comfortable. No matter how much caffeine I consume I fall a sleep every single time!! Many of my family/friends are now her regular clients. Great person, lovely cozy room. Highly recommended!!

Kristen is an amazingly talented practitioner. She listens to your needs for how you’d like a session to be, explains and shares her knowledge of your body’s response and feedback. Sitting in her chair relaxes your mind, body, and soul while bringing you back into balance. The addition of essential oils enhances the sensory experience. She was exceptionally patient with my preteen children as well, during their sessions.
My boyfriend and I both thought it felt amazing and can't wait to book another session!
