Dropped taxes off in February. 2 months later, 6 days from tax deadline and still haven’t completed taxes. Basic taxes in fact very basic filing!! Each time we call we are told should be a day or two. Yet here it is 6 days before the deadline. Horrible service. Never again!
Very professional. Helen went out of her way to answer questions when she had no obligation to do so. I'd recommend Heljan Associates to anyone for personal tax preparation!

Love Helen and the staff! Family and friends have used them since Helen started out many years ago and we have never had an issue. Everything is done and done right and they make tax time easy. Everyone there is always polite and curtious but we especially like the 4 legged staff member that is there to greet us sometimes!
