Absolutely terrible service, dropped my wife and Is documents off in early March and paid for basic tax services, Helen's staff called last week to say our taxes were ready to sign and submit, went in to get them and she had just started working on them. Helen called today to say mine were submitted but my wife's needed another signature and resubmitting and there were problems because "someone" had already filled jointly under our names (niether my wife or I shared our taxes documents with anyone but Helen and her staff). Dropped taxes off in February. 2 months later, 6 days from tax deadline and still haven’t completed taxes. Basic taxes in fact very basic filing!! Each time we call we are told should be a day or two. Yet here it is 6 days before the deadline. Horrible service. Never again!
Very professional. Helen went out of her way to answer questions when she had no obligation to do so. I'd recommend Heljan Associates to anyone for personal tax preparation!
