Fantastic experience at Helio!
Working with Sara at Helio PT has been enlightening and beneficial. I was recommended for osteoporosis. Sara is extremely knowledgeable about bone health and has worked with many patients with this disease. She provided excellent exercises to specifically strengthen my bones in the back, forearms, and hips. In early September I tore my Achilles tendon playing a smash mouth game of pickleball. Definitely not for the weak… After being in a cast and then a boot for months, my calf looked like a hobo’s stick and bundle and my foot looked like I had been dead for a year.
