Our voucher clearly stated that we were supposed to arrive at 3:00 PM, and that is exactly the information we followed. In fact, we arrived before that time. It is entirely reasonable for a customer to rely on the official voucher provided with their reservation. The fact that an email sent only a few hours before the activity contained different instructions does not shift the responsibility to the customer. Once again, I do not recommend this company to anyone if you don’t want to go through unnecessary stress, humiliation, and an extremely frustrating experience. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they continue to blame the customer—even though we followed the instructions exactly as they were provided. Save yourself the headache and book with a company that values professionalism, respect, and honest customer service.
Einmaliges Erlebnis, welches leider einmalig enttäuschenden Service hatte. Wir hatten im Mai 2026 einen Flug für 2 Personen gebucht. Wir sollten 50min vorab da sein und haben die Zug-Informationen durchgegeben, da wir einen "kostenlosen" Shuttle am Bahnhof erwarten würden. Leider hatte unser Zug 10 min Verspätung und wir wurden einfach am Bahnhof stehengelassen. Wegen 10 Minuten (!!!), und das obwohl wir noch währen der Zugfahrt per Mail bescheid gegeben haben. The noise pollution they produce is insane. In the spring and summer months they sometimes go past 8 PM in the evening. There’s no regard for the surrounding NJ and Staten Island communities. All to make a quick buck. There’s a reason why they’re being banned to fly over Jersey city and Hoboken… If you read the reviews, you’ll see that they don’t take responsibility for their actions and report the very people who have the right to complain about their noise
Ein Helikopterflug ist ein unvergessliches Erlebnis, das jeder einmal gemacht haben sollte. Man sollte jedoch bedenken, dass der Innenraum des Helikopters begrenzt ist, sodass größere Personen möglicherweise etwas beengt sitzen. Vom Bahnhof zum Helikopterplatz und wieder zurück gibt es einen Shuttle-Service.
