Expérience incroyable ! Certes, cela représente un vrai coût financier mais on a une telle vue sur New-York qu'on l'oublierait presque..... Une vue tout simplement extraordinaire. Quant à l'équipe de Heliny, elle est au top et très professionnelle : une collaboratrice m'a appelé quelques jours avant pour m'informer que pour le créneau choisi nous risquions d'être séparés et m'a donc proposé un autre créneau, j'ai trouvé cela très pro car ils auraient pu ne rien nous dire et nous en avertir au dernier moment.... Shameful way to conduct business. I recently arrived to visit my brother in America and was surprised that he booked a helicopter tour when we arrived we were advised due to bad weather our flight would be postponed until the afternoon. We changed our plans to come back a few hours later only need to find the weather hadn’t improved enough to fly. I don’t understand why a A refund cannot be given as I was flying back to the UK the next day therefore unable to come back for what could be years!!!
Very professional and well organised, The ultimate tour is my recommendation.
