Matt Our pilot was absolutely amazing! Followed Kea up in the mountains, searched for deer and shared stories of the area. It was an awesome 40th Birthday Present for both of us and our partners enjoyed every bit of our flight lol I was a little chicken but this was the highlight of our south island holiday xox
Wow! This is a must, from the beginning at check in, to getting into the helicopter to flying in the air, all the way to the end. I had 2 children under 5 and every single person from the receptionist to the pilot made my kids feel so welcomed. The take off was so smooth I didn’t even know we had taken off, to landing. To the pilot interacting with my 5 year old who was clearly excited and wouldn’t stop talking through the headpiece. We booked at the last minute and they did everything possible to make a spot for us! An unforgettable experience—the best part of the trip was posing in the snow! Our pilot John (Taupo) was excellent! Highly recommended! We’re so happy we did this tour to wrap up our trip in South Island!
