My interaction began positively with a receptionist who was both polite and patient regarding my questions about an estate in probate. However, upon being transferred to Mr. Bachman’s paralegal because the receptionist could not assist, I was met with unprofessionalism. The paralegal was short and rude. This was disappointing and off putting. I will not be utilizing your services.
