I had an incredible deep tissue massage with Helen. She provided perfect deep pressure while keeping the experience relaxing,and the soothing music created a great atmosphere. Highly professional and would recommend it to anyone.

Helen is brilliant. She saw me on her birthday as I was in considerable discomfort and I had a 90 minute massage. I thought this was incredibly kind of her. The massage room is warm and inviting and I felt instantly relaxed and comfortable. I discussed with Helen my 'problem' areas and Helen massaged me with a combination of relaxation and deep muscle /myotherapy techniques which was absolutely perfect for my body and state of mind.
