A great massage! I felt safe and comfortable in Helen’s strong and confident hands. Helen gave me a thorough 90 minute workout, her concentration didn’t waver, she worked to my limit in areas I asked her to focus, deep intense work was sensitively balanced with relaxation. That afternoon I felt taller; since my massage I have felt lighter, more nimble, and my shoulder is noticeably improved. I will be back.
