I had a wonderful massage with Helen it was so relaxing whilst also therapeutic, I will most definitely be going back. I highly recommend Helen for a massage, it would have to be one of the best I've had in a long time.

Helen is brilliant. She saw me on her birthday as I was in considerable discomfort and I had a 90 minute massage. I thought this was incredibly kind of her. The massage room is warm and inviting and I felt instantly relaxed and comfortable. I discussed with Helen my 'problem' areas and Helen massaged me with a combination of relaxation and deep muscle /myotherapy techniques which was absolutely perfect for my body and state of mind.
