My father is 90 years old and he is definitely going to need assisted living in the near future. We went to visit and the staff was extremely helpful. The facility looked nice and clean. The courtyard is rather beautiful. It's centrally located around shops, the post office, few restaurants and the Cypress Gardens which is a park. And when the time comes I definitely will bring my father to this facility. It's a half a mile away from my home and rather convenient for me.

A tour appointment preparing for Mom's move went very well. Maria my advisor, and a host of others to include the director, chef, and others were very cordial and pleasant. A strong consideration as my siblings and I make a decision in the coming months.

I was looking for a place for my mother and live 800 miles away. I worked with Maria Sawyer, the Dir of Sales and Marketing to understand the process and to help coordinate the transition. As I was unable to tour the facility, we did a virtual tour which was just what I needed. Maria went well above and beyond in helping me as I was unable to be there to receive furniture, packages as well as the day of move-in. Helena Square is a wonderful, homelike environment for my father. He feels at home there and has made friends in the short time he has been there! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff consistently demonstrate professionalism, care, compassion, and attentiveness. The activities are thoughtfully organized and tailored to the residents’ individual interests and abilities. After dinner, many residents play games and socialize until bedtime.
