Helen's service was beyond remarkable. I truly feel like I won the lottery reflecting on my experience with her and the office staff. Not only was my file fast tracked but all my questions were answered and I was even shocked to find out about elements that had little to do with my situation. I would sum Helen's service in these handful of words: efficient, informative, professional and enjoyable!
Unfortunately, my experience with this notary was disappointing and stressful. Communication was disorganized — key documents were provided at the last minute, leaving no time for review or proper understanding. Her tone with clients is cold, dismissive, and at times condescending, more like an interrogation than a professional service.
