Je suis déçu de mon expérience. Bien que la transaction ait été complétée (3 mois plus tard que prévue), les frais réclamés me semblent excessifs par rapport au travail effectué. La multiplication des honoraires pour diverses tâches administratives donne l'impression que chaque intervention est facturée séparément, ce qui fait grimper rapidement la facture! De plus, une des factures a été acquittée en double par la notaire.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this notary. There was a clear lack of professionalism, transparency, and responsiveness throughout the process. Communication was inconsistent and often nonexistent, with long periods of silence and no clear explanations for delays.
