Really disappointing experience overall. Very attentive and responsive until the sale closed and all we've received since then are spam emails. I tried to reach out with questions about getting our loan recast or refinanced and never received a response. It's our first time working with a mortgage lender and will probably be our last. We were also told that once we paid down the loan we could get PMI removed and that's been denied. Once he gets his commission and sells your mortgage, you are no longer his concern.
