Those in a wheelchair need not apply!! The actual facility is fantastic, clean, and well kept. The tour was well received, we met other residences, and were introduced to the activity’s coordinator. We were shown 3 different rooms. Then it came time for the "lodge manager" to do an assessment (which was not offered at all) instead what happened was the lodge manager had made a pre conceived judgement based on our first meeting more than a year previous, when the potential resident had suffered a stroke only 3 weeks earlier.... read more
