From calling to book my initial appointment and having someone answer the phone who had no idea why I was calling, to a booking error that had Helen tell me to see another physiotherapist, I do still recommend Helen’s physiotherapy skills.
The most relaxing and deep healing experience I’ve ever had. Helen’s hands and knowledge are incredible. After years suffering from stress, back pain and jaw problems, I finally feel I’m on the right track. Only going right into the source of the problem with an holistic approach including body, mind and spirit, true healing is possible. And that is Helen's way.
Helen Day is an amazing practioner. Her skill and presence allowed me to find healing in my trauma. The emotional and physical burden of PTSD was calmed by her hands. Very grateful!

About 6 months ago, I had injured my foot. I had somehow aggravated a bunion and could barley walk for a week. Helen fit me in quickly and within 2 sessions my foot was better. I continued to see Helen for my other injuries (Hip and Shoulder). I've never experienced such great results from treatment. Not only does Helen take away physical pain, she teaches you how to breath which brings you into a very relaxed state. It helps the body and the emotions.
